Job Summary

Driving business development for key accounts, the full-time remote Enterprise Account Executive, Education will leverage their expertise in selling cloud-based financial applications to initiate and manage complex sales cycles while building executive-level relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the sales process for Workday Financial products, including negotiations and closing plans with prospective enterprise accounts
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to establish long-term relationships with executive-level customers
  • Collaborate with extended team members to coordinate sales strategies and support throughout the sales cycle
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional experience in software sales, particularly in a team selling environment
  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP, Financial, or Planning solutions to C-level executives in Higher Education
  • 5+ years of experience working within finance or directly with finance executives
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from initiation to closure
  • Strong organizational skills and a track record of maintaining accurate customer and pipeline data
