Job Summary
Driving business development remotely, the full-time Large Enterprise Account Executive in Education will manage complex sales cycles, engage with C-level executives in Higher Education, and promote Workday's Financial products suite.
Key responsibilities
- Initiates and runs sales cycles, maximizing the Workday Financial products suite, including Accounting, Planning, and Expense Management
- Develops long-standing relationships with prospective customers at the executive level using consultative selling skills
- Coordinates with various team members and resources to drive sales and maintain a collaborative environment
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in software sales, particularly in a team selling environment
- 5+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP, Financial, or Planning solutions to C-level executives in Higher Education
- 5+ years of experience working within finance or with finance executives
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and conduct business-driven discussions with CFOs
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in maintaining accurate customer and pipeline data
