Job Summary
To drive growth and deepen partnerships with strategic customers, the full-time Enterprise Account Management Leader will manage a team of Enterprise Account Managers while personally overseeing a portfolio of key accounts in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own net revenue retention and expansion strategies across the enterprise portfolio, including commercial negotiations and maintaining an accurate expansion pipeline
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Managers, setting performance expectations and creating scalable playbooks for account management
- Personally manage a curated portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, driving account strategy and serving as the voice of the customer internally
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise account management or customer success within a SaaS environment, with a strong commercial track record
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing account management or customer success teams
- Healthcare SaaS experience preferred, with an understanding of independent practice economics and primary care workflows
- Experience managing enterprise deals with $500K+ ACV and navigating procurement and legal processes
- Proficiency in AI tools and their application in commercial or operational contexts
