Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for team performance, revenue forecasting, and prioritization management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Enterprise Sales leadership and other customer-facing teams
  • Oversee staffing, onboarding, and upskilling of the team while removing blockers to enhance team performance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing account management, inside sales, or customer success teams focused on Enterprise customers
  • Experience with strategic sales planning and coaching
  • Proven ability in revenue forecasting and performance management
  • Experience in hiring, onboarding, and developing team members
  • Familiarity with CRM, forecast management, and analytics tools
