- At least 5+ years of account management or client growth experience in B2B subscription or SaaS sales
- Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing complex accounts
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor and thought-partner to clients
- Experience collaborating with internal teams to relay customer feedback
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
