Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager for Enterprise Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain communication with key customer stakeholders to understand their business plans and objectives
  • Build and report on account health metrics while managing complex billing scenarios and ensuring contract compliance
  • Drive the adoption of Google Cloud Platform services and collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role within the Technology or SaaS industry
  • Solid understanding of the Google Cloud ecosystem or overall hyperscaler landscape
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing renewals
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with technical stakeholders and executives
