Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager for a remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and providing marketing solutions tailored to their needs
  • Oversee and report on the effectiveness of client campaigns, identifying opportunities to increase performance and revenue
  • Become a subject matter expert on company products, contribute to new projects, and adhere to internal processes and procedures

Qualifications:
  • Comfortable working with large marketing budgets and a strong understanding of digital advertising
  • Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience
  • Experienced in client retention and de-escalation skills, with a preferred background in marketing, agency, or media sales
  • Demonstrated public speaking and presentation abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and strong organization and time management skills
