Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute a retention and cross-sell strategy within the entire book of business
  • Negotiate commercial and financial contracts with key decision makers
  • Prepare accurate renewal forecasts and utilize dashboards to illustrate renewal status and results

Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of enterprise account management experience
  • Proven success in meeting sales and renewals quotas
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role at a technology company working with strategic customers
  • Strong analytical skills
