Enterprise Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new locations, including creating bulk upload sheets and generating work orders in Salesforce
• Support the team with inbound requests related to menus and catalogs, including submitting tickets to resolve issues
• Manage Jira/ticket-related tasks and prepare weekly reporting emails while handling ad hoc reporting requests

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce and Jira
• Proficiency in creating and managing bulk upload sheets
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in accounting or reporting tasks
• Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and order management
