Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager (US).

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and drive revenue growth
  • Refine and enforce customer success best practices and manage the customer success team
  • Track sales team KPIs and focus on expanding client spend through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive or Account Manager in a SaaS start-up
  • Experience in implementing a strategic selling process
  • Thorough understanding of B2B procurement processes and experience with procurement clients
  • Strong work ethic and ability to adapt in a dynamic business environment
  • Proven ability to drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
