Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager (US).
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with key clients and drive revenue growth
- Refine and enforce customer success best practices and manage the customer success team
- Track sales team KPIs and focus on expanding client spend through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive or Account Manager in a SaaS start-up
- Experience in implementing a strategic selling process
- Thorough understanding of B2B procurement processes and experience with procurement clients
- Strong work ethic and ability to adapt in a dynamic business environment
- Proven ability to drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
