Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate revenue growth by maximizing expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Drive customer retention and manage high-value renewals and expansions across the product portfolio
- Collaborate with the sales team on account planning and ensure accurate forecasting and project documentation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer success with Enterprise customers
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders across cultures
- Experience with strategic global account planning to maximize growth and retention
- Track record of meeting performance goals and managing complex sales cycles
- Experience advocating for customer interests and developing high-revenue deals
