Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accelerate revenue growth by maximizing expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Drive customer retention and manage high-value renewals and expansions across the product portfolio
  • Collaborate with the sales team on account planning and ensure accurate forecasting and project documentation


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer success with Enterprise customers
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders across cultures
  • Experience with strategic global account planning to maximize growth and retention
  • Track record of meeting performance goals and managing complex sales cycles
  • Experience advocating for customer interests and developing high-revenue deals
