Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers, focusing on renewals and expansion
- Lead strategic account planning and proactively identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and support customer expansion
Required Qualifications
- 6-10+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success for enterprise SaaS customers
- Proven track record of managing renewals and expansion in high-ACV accounts
- Strong technical fluency in GTM tooling, data concepts, and integrations
- Ability to lead collaboratively while maintaining a customer-centric approach
- Willingness to travel as needed for strategic customer meetings and events
