Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to own long-term revenue and growth across complex, high-impact customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers, focusing on renewals and expansion
  • Lead strategic account planning and proactively identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and support customer expansion
Required Qualifications
  • 6-10+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success for enterprise SaaS customers
  • Proven track record of managing renewals and expansion in high-ACV accounts
  • Strong technical fluency in GTM tooling, data concepts, and integrations
  • Ability to lead collaboratively while maintaining a customer-centric approach
  • Willingness to travel as needed for strategic customer meetings and events
