Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to lead and expand customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of customers' organizational dynamics and direct mail's role in their business objectives
- Create and manage account plans for key customers, identifying expansion and upsell opportunities
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and establish consultative relationships to ensure customer success
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall experience with expertise in direct marketing and customer success
- 10+ years of experience in account leadership or sales
- Proven ability to meet retention and expansion targets
- Large enterprise account management experience, including onboarding and product adoption
- Experience using Salesforce strongly preferred; familiarity with Marcom and Data Automation tech stacks is a plus
