Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to lead and expand customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop deep knowledge of customers' organizational dynamics and direct mail's role in their business objectives
  • Create and manage account plans for key customers, identifying expansion and upsell opportunities
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and establish consultative relationships to ensure customer success
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of overall experience with expertise in direct marketing and customer success
  • 10+ years of experience in account leadership or sales
  • Proven ability to meet retention and expansion targets
  • Large enterprise account management experience, including onboarding and product adoption
  • Experience using Salesforce strongly preferred; familiarity with Marcom and Data Automation tech stacks is a plus
