Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, focusing on retention and growth plans
- Create and document the Enterprise Account Management Playbook and best practices
- Drive the renewal process and negotiate multi-year contracts with executive decision-makers
Required Qualifications
- Native in Turkish and fully proficient in English (C1/C2 level)
- 6+ years of sales and account management experience, with at least 2+ years in managing large enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding renewal and upsell quotas
- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives
- Growth and retention mentality with a proactive entrepreneurial spirit
