Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, focusing on retention and growth plans
  • Create and document the Enterprise Account Management Playbook and best practices
  • Drive the renewal process and negotiate multi-year contracts with executive decision-makers
Required Qualifications
  • Native in Turkish and fully proficient in English (C1/C2 level)
  • 6+ years of sales and account management experience, with at least 2+ years in managing large enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding renewal and upsell quotas
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives
  • Growth and retention mentality with a proactive entrepreneurial spirit
