Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to manage customer relationships and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively drive customer retention by understanding their business needs and addressing potential churn
  • Own the renewals process, including negotiations and extending customer commitments
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within the assigned book of business
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3+ years in sales or account management within a SaaS environment
  • Proven success in managing and growing revenue with senior management customers
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to present business cases effectively
  • Experience using Salesforce.com and related sales tools
