Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to manage customer relationships and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively drive customer retention by understanding their business needs and addressing potential churn
- Own the renewals process, including negotiations and extending customer commitments
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within the assigned book of business
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3+ years in sales or account management within a SaaS environment
- Proven success in managing and growing revenue with senior management customers
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to present business cases effectively
- Experience using Salesforce.com and related sales tools
