Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts
• Develop new business from existing clients and identify areas for improvement
• Forecast and track key account metrics while assisting with high-severity requests

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
• Six years of related experience
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager or similar role
• Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
