Enterprise Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager - Hospital Supply Chain SME.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with enterprise-level hospital and health system clients
• Serve as a subject matter expert in hospital implant supply chain matters and act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
• Analyze client data to identify operational inefficiencies and advise on best practices for implant governance and materials management

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in hospital supply chain, healthcare operations, or implantable device management
• Direct experience working in hospital Supply Chain teams or Perioperative Services
• Strong understanding of bill-only workflows and vendor-supported surgical procedures
• Experience managing enterprise-level accounts in complex stakeholder environments
• Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and healthcare EHR/ERP systems
