Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager (US or Canada).

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively drive customer retention by understanding their business needs and addressing challenges to prevent churn
  • Manage the renewals process, including negotiations and extending customer commitments for maximum value
  • Identify expansion opportunities within the customer base and tailor outreach strategies to increase bookings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales or account management experience in a SaaS environment
  • Proven success in managing and growing revenue with senior management customers
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to present business cases effectively
  • Experience using Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
