Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager (US or Canada).
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively drive customer retention by understanding their business needs and addressing challenges to prevent churn
- Manage the renewals process, including negotiations and extending customer commitments for maximum value
- Identify expansion opportunities within the customer base and tailor outreach strategies to increase bookings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3+ years of sales or account management experience in a SaaS environment
- Proven success in managing and growing revenue with senior management customers
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to present business cases effectively
- Experience using Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
