Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and evaluate customer needs
- Cultivate customer relationships and manage product orders
- Identify upsell opportunities and manage contract renewals
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in Enterprise Account Management/Customer Success, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience in shipping logistics is a plus
- Proven track record in revenue retention and delivering results
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
