Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow valuable customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with Enterprise customers to drive net retained revenue through renewals and upsells
- Achieve a minimum of 90% retention rate for both logo and revenue retention within 12 to 18 months
- Conduct regular meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews to maintain strong customer relationships and understand their business needs
Required Qualifications
- Experience with software-as-a-service (SaaS) business models and customer lifecycle
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver customer value in a client-facing role
- Strong understanding of customer success and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales and support teams
- A business owner mentality with a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data and analytics to anticipate customer churn
