Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise account management, client success, or business development
  • Proven success in managing complex enterprise accounts with a focus on revenue retention
  • Experience with in-house legal departments or familiarity with the legal industry
  • Comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders in multi-threaded buying organizations
  • Highly analytical, with experience using CRM systems and metrics-driven approaches
