Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise account management, client success, or business development
- Proven success in managing complex enterprise accounts with a focus on revenue retention
- Experience with in-house legal departments or familiarity with the legal industry
- Comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders in multi-threaded buying organizations
- Highly analytical, with experience using CRM systems and metrics-driven approaches
