Job Summary
To support a dynamic and expanding company, the full-time remote Enterprise Account Manager will maintain and grow assigned customer accounts through strong relationship building and consultative selling, while ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions aligned with business objectives
- Monitor account performance, proactively addressing issues and identifying growth opportunities
- Ensure consistent communication with customers to promote satisfaction and contract renewal
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Account Management
- Deep understanding of logistics industry principles and terminology
