Job Summary

To support a dynamic and expanding company, the full-time remote Enterprise Account Manager will maintain and grow assigned customer accounts through strong relationship building and consultative selling, while ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor account performance, proactively addressing issues and identifying growth opportunities
  • Ensure consistent communication with customers to promote satisfaction and contract renewal
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Account Management
  • Deep understanding of logistics industry principles and terminology
