Job Summary
Managing strategic relationships with top-20 pharmaceutical companies, the full-time remote Enterprise Account Manager will lead commercial engagements, develop account plans, and coordinate with delivery partners to support customer trial portfolios in the Clinical Outcome Assessment Solutions business.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships within top-20 pharmaceutical accounts
- Lead complex commercial engagements from qualification to negotiation and closure
- Provide pipeline reporting and market intelligence through Salesforce
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years in enterprise sales or strategic account management in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Proven track record of closing multi-year agreements with large pharmaceutical companies
- Experience navigating complex multi-stakeholder procurement processes
- Strong negotiation skills and consultative selling capability
