Job Summary

Owning strategic relationships with top urgent care and health system partners, the full-time Enterprise Account Manager will drive revenue growth, product adoption, and long-term strategy while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, building trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary product and technical consultant, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Drive revenue expansion through consultative selling, contract negotiation, and identifying new business opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in strategic account management, solutions consulting, or client success, preferably in healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to ideate and execute complex product solutions
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities
  • Proven ability to build processes and thrive in collaborative cross-functional settings
