Job Summary
Owning strategic relationships with top urgent care and health system partners, the full-time Enterprise Account Manager will drive revenue growth, product adoption, and long-term strategy while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, building trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders
- Serve as the primary product and technical consultant, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Drive revenue expansion through consultative selling, contract negotiation, and identifying new business opportunities
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in strategic account management, solutions consulting, or client success, preferably in healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to ideate and execute complex product solutions
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities
- Proven ability to build processes and thrive in collaborative cross-functional settings
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
