Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of enterprise customers in the hospitality and food and beverage sectors, the full-time remote Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for retention, renewals, and growth while building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Key responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, acting as the main point of contact for retention and growth
  • Lead regular business reviews to demonstrate value and return on investment to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or relationship-based sales
  • Proven track record of managing a large enterprise book of business ($5M+ ARR)
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder accounts within Fortune 1000 or large enterprises
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify expansion opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; MBA is a plus
