Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of approximately 50 mid-market sellers, the full-time Enterprise Account Manager will focus on retaining and growing client relationships through customized onboarding, use-case expansion, and cross-selling opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Retain and grow the portfolio by identifying use-case expansion and cross-sell opportunities
  • Project manage the execution of technical solutions in collaboration with product, engineering, and finance teams
  • Negotiate contracts for use-case expansion and serve as the voice of clients with product teams
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of account management or sales experience
  • Proven experience managing projects with internal teams
  • Experience within the retail industry
  • Strong contract and pricing negotiation skills with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to conduct requirements gathering using a technical solutioning framework
