Job Summary

Owning the expansion and retention of enterprise distributor accounts, the full-time remote Enterprise Account Manager will manage a portfolio, drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction while exceeding sales quotas.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively generate a pipeline of expansion opportunities and maintain accurate forecasting in HubSpot
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including discovery calls, product demonstrations, and pricing negotiations
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to conduct business reviews and align on strategies for customer retention and value realization
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying account management or expansion sales role within a SaaS organization, preferably with enterprise accounts
  • Proven ability to retain and grow a book of business through consultative relationship management
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue models and the factors that drive growth and retention
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and maintaining pipeline hygiene
  • Familiarity with the wholesale distribution or construction industry is a plus
