Job Summary
Managing service and support for an existing institutional client base, the full-time Enterprise Account Manager will drive account expansion and relationship development while collaborating with various internal teams in a remote capacity across the Northeast region.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and execute account management strategies to drive sustainable growth and revenue within institutional client accounts
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize the CARE product and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities while maintaining strong relationships and driving customer renewals
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, project management, software sales, or Healthcare IT
- Proven experience in sales or as a sales support specialist providing customer-centric solutions
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
- BS/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field
- Demonstrated ability in health system navigation and strategic agility
