Job Summary

Managing service and support for an existing institutional client base, the full-time Enterprise Account Manager will drive account expansion and relationship development while collaborating with various internal teams in a remote capacity across the Northeast region.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and execute account management strategies to drive sustainable growth and revenue within institutional client accounts
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize the CARE product and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities while maintaining strong relationships and driving customer renewals
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, project management, software sales, or Healthcare IT
  • Proven experience in sales or as a sales support specialist providing customer-centric solutions
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
  • BS/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field
  • Demonstrated ability in health system navigation and strategic agility
