Job Summary
To support a growing enterprise-focused sales team, the full-time remote Enterprise Account Manager will manage relationships with Global 2000 companies, drive renewals and upsells, and collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure customer value realization.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and product evangelist, demonstrating the Zip platform to address customer pain points and drive ROI
- Negotiate renewal contracts and develop strategies that maximize contract value while enhancing customer relationships
- Engage with internal teams to provide updates on renewal statuses and escalate issues as necessary
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of technology SaaS experience at the enterprise level
- Proven experience selling to procurement, finance, and legal sectors
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer retention and adoption of SaaS products for enterprise accounts
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn SalesNav
- Self-driven with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to customer success
