Job Summary
Driving revenue growth across a portfolio of enterprise clients, the full-time Enterprise Account Manager will focus on customer retention, expansion opportunities, and managing sales cycles while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Accelerate revenue growth by leveraging existing customer relationships for expansion through a solution-oriented approach
- Develop and maintain senior and executive relationships via video conferences and in-person meetings
- Manage high-value renewals and expansion opportunities across a sizable product portfolio while partnering with the account team on strategic account planning
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer success
- Professional level Spanish or Italian language skills, with fluency in English
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals in managing enterprise-level customer engagements
- Experience in selling Enterprise SaaS products across a global account footprint
- Ability to manage complex, end-to-end sales cycles effectively
