Job Summary
Driving revenue growth for large enterprise customers, the full-time Enterprise Account Manager will manage high-value renewals and expansion opportunities while collaborating with the Global Sales Team in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Accelerate revenue growth by leveraging existing customer relationships and maximizing expansion opportunities
- Develop and maintain senior and executive relationships through video conferences and in-person meetings
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles and account planning to drive total book of business growth
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer success
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals in a sales environment
- Experience selling Enterprise SaaS products to global accounts
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships across diverse cultures
- Experience managing complex, end-to-end sales cycles
