Job Summary

Managing and growing relationships with existing customers, the full-time salaried Enterprise Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, driving expansion opportunities and ensuring customer success with Sitecore's solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as primary contact for designated accounts, fostering strong relationships across all levels
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in software sales or SaaS environment
  • Account management experience in an enterprise environment
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of digital marketing concepts and content management systems
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
