Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of enterprise clients, the full-time remote Enterprise Account Manager will drive revenue growth through retention and expansion efforts, collaborate with the Global Sales Team, and develop senior-level relationships to enhance customer value across product offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Accelerate revenue growth by maximizing expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Drive best-in-class retention strategies and manage high-value renewals and expansions
- Collaborate on account planning and maintain a deep understanding of product updates to effectively communicate with customers
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer success with enterprise customers
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders across diverse cultures
- Experience managing a small Book of Business and driving complex, end-to-end sales cycles
- Track record of meeting performance goals and prioritizing customer engagements for growth
- Strategic global account planning experience
