Job Summary
Managing and growing relationships with existing customers, the full-time Enterprise Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, driving expansion opportunities and ensuring client success with Sitecore's solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for designated accounts, fostering strong relationships across all levels
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals to drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in software sales (full-cycle) or SaaS environment
- Account management experience in an enterprise environment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of digital marketing concepts and content management systems
- Results-oriented mindset focused on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
