Job Summary

Driving revenue growth within existing enterprise accounts, the full-time remote Enterprise Account Manager will manage a portfolio of clients, build executive relationships, and uncover expansion opportunities while ensuring customers realize meaningful business value.

Key responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, identifying and executing long-term account strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and manage enterprise expansion opportunities from discovery through contract execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success, remove roadblocks, and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience managing enterprise accounts with a focus on revenue growth and customer retention
  • Strong background in complex commercial negotiations and value-based selling
  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments, particularly with enterprise software architectures
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships
  • Ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams to achieve strategic customer outcomes
