Job Summary
Driving revenue growth within existing enterprise accounts, the full-time remote Enterprise Account Manager will manage a portfolio of clients, build executive relationships, and uncover expansion opportunities while ensuring customers realize meaningful business value.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, identifying and executing long-term account strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and manage enterprise expansion opportunities from discovery through contract execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success, remove roadblocks, and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Required qualifications
- Proven experience managing enterprise accounts with a focus on revenue growth and customer retention
- Strong background in complex commercial negotiations and value-based selling
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments, particularly with enterprise software architectures
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships
- Ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams to achieve strategic customer outcomes
