Job Summary
Managing a large portfolio of existing customers, the full-time remote Enterprise Account Manager will cultivate and expand relationships with complex organizations, focusing on retaining and growing recurring revenue while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage customer accounts, ensuring retention and revenue growth as clients scale
- Build trusted relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and proactively identify expansion opportunities
- Drive account planning and execution strategies, aligning solutions to customer goals while monitoring account health and usage
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a B2B SaaS sales or account management role, with experience in renewals and expansion revenue
- Proven success in complex, consultative enterprise sales within organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive outcomes
- Experience managing commercial paperwork, pricing, and contract processes at high volume
- Background in startup or high-growth environments, demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability
