Job Summary

Managing a mixed portfolio of accounts, the full-time Enterprise Account Manager will support Enterprise LATAM customers in adopting solutions, handle renewals, and identify upsell opportunities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Effectively manage a mixed book of accounts across emerging markets
  • Build strategic account plans to identify expansion and upsell opportunities
  • Serve as a hiring coach and strategic partner to customers, leveraging product and industry knowledge
Required qualifications
  • Proven track record in a customer-facing B2B SaaS position
  • Fluency in English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish
  • Experience in Enterprise account management or customer success roles, preferably with renewals responsibility
  • Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional teamwork skills
