Enterprise Account Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the operational execution of the Affordable Access program, the remote Enterprise Account Specialist will ensure accurate digital content delivery to educational institutions while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute strategies to grow Affordable Access at existing accounts
• Track and maintain pricing product specifications and ensure accurate delivery of digital content
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and provide pricing recommendations to support revenue goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a general understanding of the Higher Education market
• 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Implementation Consultant
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships while managing large amounts of data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
