Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Success Manager, Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish strong relationships with customers to enhance deployment, adoption, retention, and expansion
- Develop an understanding of customers' partner ecosystems and business priorities to drive revenue through partnerships
- Anticipate renewal conversations and detect retention risks, drafting action plans to mitigate them
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Experience working with enterprise accounts (10k+ employees)
- Understanding of partnerships and ecosystem sales motions
- Proven track record of revenue retention across enterprise accounts
- Strategic mindset for managing large, complex accounts
