Enterprise Agile Coach

Job Summary

To support agile transformations for various clients, the full-time remote Enterprise Agile Coach will guide teams, develop training materials, and monitor Agile adoption metrics while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance organizational agility.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates on the Agile transformation roadmap and drives activities across the organization
• Develops and monitors metrics to track Agile adoption and maturity, aiding in transformation efforts
• Provides coaching to delivery team members and facilitates communities of practice to promote lean and agile thinking

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing Scrum or Kanban for multiple teams
• 3+ years of Agile Coaching experience with a proven track record in large organizations
• Strong knowledge of Agile at scale and experience leading cultural and organizational change
• Certified ScrumMaster required; coaching certification preferred
• Ability to manage senior-level relationships and effectively communicate with clients and teams
