Enterprise Agile Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Agile Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise agile operating model to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with strategic priorities
• Lead the Enterprise Agile Center of Excellence, driving the adoption and scaling of agile practices across teams
• Govern portfolio intake and capacity planning, facilitating executive cadences and managing cross-team dependencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in business, technology, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise agile transformation or delivery leadership, including 5+ years at the director or VP level
• Proven success in designing and operating enterprise delivery models, including OKR governance and portfolio management
• Deep knowledge of agile frameworks and experience scaling agile in large organizations
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICPENT, PMIACP, or equivalent enterprise agile certification required
