Job Summary

As the primary technical authority, the full-time Enterprise Agility Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME) will administer and optimize the Agility platform, collaborating remotely with Scrum teams and leadership to enhance Agile delivery processes and maximize platform capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Agility platform, providing technical support and guidance
• Configure and maintain enterprise Agility environments, including workflows, user permissions, and reporting
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and lead user onboarding and training sessions for project teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Expert-level experience administering and supporting the Agility platform in an enterprise environment
• Demonstrated experience configuring enterprise Agile management platforms and designing workflows
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues
• Experience supporting multiple Scrum teams simultaneously
