Enterprise Agreement Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert in Cisco Enterprise Agreement consumption, the full-time Enterprise Agreement Analyst will manage asset records, monitor entitlement compliance, and provide proactive insights to customers and internal teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular customer reviews to validate asset inventories and usage trends
• Identify discrepancies between deployed assets and contracted entitlements and drive resolution
• Educate customers on Enterprise Growth True Forward mechanics and financial implications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 4 years of relevant industry experience, including customer management for large accounts
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and ITSM software
• Strong understanding of Cisco Enterprise Agreements and EGTF mechanics
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
