Enterprise AI Architect

Job Summary

To lead and enhance the AI/ML architecture capability, the full-time Associate Director, Enterprise AI Architect will develop the enterprise AI architecture strategy, establish architectural standards, and ensure compliance with AI governance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enhance the enterprise AI/ML architecture strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Establish AI architectural standards and governance processes to ensure responsible AI use and compliance
• Provide architectural oversight and technical guidance on AI/ML solution design and integration across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative or technical field; advanced degree preferred
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in AI, machine learning, or data science; 10+ years preferred
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML system architecture and cloud-based ML infrastructure
• Significant hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or another regulated industry strongly preferred
