Enterprise AI Enablement Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise LLM & AI Enablement Lead to drive the adoption and responsible use of generative AI tools across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance enterprise-facing LLM gateways and prompt management experiences
• Develop front-end frameworks and reusable standards for LLM-powered user experiences
• Run training programs and enablement sessions to teach effective LLM workflows

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in AI/ML, product enablement, or application development
• Strong understanding of LLM concepts, including prompting and agent design
• Experience deploying enterprise LLM or Copilot tools
• Ability to train and support end-users and citizen developers
• Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and compliance requirements (preferred)
