Enterprise AI Enablement Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise LLM & AI Enablement Lead to drive the adoption and responsible use of generative AI tools across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance enterprise-facing LLM gateways and prompt management experiences
• Create reusable standards, templates, and UX patterns for LLM-powered user experiences
• Run training programs and workshops that teach effective LLM workflows and application patterns

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in AI/ML, product enablement, application development, or related fields
• Strong understanding of LLM concepts such as prompting, embeddings, and agent design
• Experience deploying or enabling enterprise LLM or Copilot tools
• Ability to train, coach, and support end-users and citizen developers
• Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and enterprise compliance requirements (preferred)
