Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience at the intersection of AI, data, and business operations
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools, including LLMs and workflow automation
• Technical depth to prototype independently while prioritizing strategic problems
• Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Experience in a regulated or mission-driven environment is a plus
