Enterprise AI Enablement Lead

Job Summary

Driving the responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence technologies, the full-time remote Enterprise AI Enablement Lead will serve as an internal consultant, partnering with business units to identify AI opportunities that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption initiatives and evaluate business processes for AI-assisted improvements
• Conduct AI Opportunity Assessments with business leaders to identify suitable automation opportunities
• Develop and deliver AI education programs tailored to various departments within the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT Enterprise
• Strong understanding of healthcare privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, and governance principles
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating organizational change and technology adoption initiatives
