Enterprise AI Transformation Leader

Job Summary

Driving enterprise AI adoption and transformation, the remote VP/SVP, Enterprise AI, Innovation and Transformation will own the integration of AI and technology investments into measurable business value, collaborating with the CTO to ensure alignment with innovation priorities and commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and solve high-value capability gaps through technology-enabled solutions and lead innovation initiatives from concept to scalable implementation
• Partner with Commercial leadership to develop differentiated offerings and ensure successful market activation of AI-enabled products and services
• Oversee the enterprise AI adoption strategy, change management, and value realization, while establishing governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, innovation leadership, or enterprise strategy roles, with a focus on technology-enabled transformation
• Demonstrated experience in leading innovation programs and managing enterprise-scale technology adoption and change management
• Proven track record in establishing AI governance and responsible-use frameworks
• Strong ability to connect innovation initiatives to commercial growth and operational impact
• Preferred experience in consulting, healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industries, with familiarity in AI-enabled solutions
