Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in analytics or data-focused roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven expertise in business intelligence tools, data modeling, and statistical analysis
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and Python
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or a related quantitative discipline
• Experience with CRM, ERP, and marketing analytics systems
